1 Bed + Kitchen or 1 Bedroom with Kitchen Sharing Option required in any one of the following locations, preferably within a maximum walking distance of 20–25 minutes between Nagarjuna College of IT and Viswa Niketan College:

1. Jwagal (ज्वागल)
2. Kupondole (कुपोन्डोल)
3. Thapathali (थापाथली)
4. Chakupat (चाकुपाट)
5. Sanepa (सानेपा)

If anyone has a room available, please let me know within max 2/3 month (planning). We are genuine tenants looking for a long-term stay of at least 5 years. There will be no issues regarding timely payment. We are disciplined, non-smokers, and simply looking for a stable place to stay.
