Fully furnished Apartment or a flat in

A proffisional man looking to rent a fully furnished apartment or a flat in good location as well as easy access area from last of the September or 1st of the October.
Unfurnished or semi furnished isn’t what i am looking for .
Any questions or anything from the landlord should be in phone call or a chat and if landlord want to visit the property he/she should give me a pre notice of a 1 month , 1 week is acceptable in mutuel understanding .
As i am a professional man i wouldn't be home all the time . Hot water and 24 hour water access should be their as well . Will appreciate if their is washing mashing but not mandatory . As an neplese we do have our relatives friends sometimes visiting us that should be considered and i am married so my wife will be with me as she is also a working professional so we are out of the home most of the times . Rent and bills everything should he clear and we don’t accept . A valid contract will be appreciated as per renting and letting rules of the government. We don’t accept anything on our flat / apartment without any notice or a mutuel conversation .
